Do sit-ups, jumping jacks, or planking right at the comforts of your own home. Don’t worry as these exercises don’t require any equipment. You can do brisk walking, too. However, make sure to do it in an uncrowded area. Don’t forget to wear your face shield or mask when you go out. Boost Your Immune System

One of the best ways to stay safe in this time of COVID-19 is to boost your immune system. Eat different colours of fruits and vegetables.
